This is the official BCSSM online signup form. Use this form to sign up for the Guatemla and Nicaragua 2014 Spring Break Missions Trips.
Signup begins at 8:00 pm on October 7. Clicking on the link below before 8:00 pm on October 7 will give you an "Oops, something went wrong" message.
Important: You should see a sign-up form as soon as you click the link above. If you are presented with a Google Sign In screen you need to click on the "Sign out and sign in as a different user" text on that screen then come back to this screen and click on the above link again.
